| Copy is a simple and trivial procedure. Actually, it is a sort of detrimental parasiticism, under whatever standpoint it is analysed. The problem of industrial items being copied, long neglected by companies themselves, actually regards the nature of the industrial phenomenon and its development possibilities. It is therefore fundamental developing effective instruments of economic and legal protection. But the main thing is becoming aware of the phenomenon's adverse aspect, and of the need of professional ethic at all levels. |
