Redesigned to a project that restores the complexity of the context to the pace of a cleverly balanced narration, where memory and present become mutually intertwined in a fascinating stage-setting, the monastery complex reveals the diversification of its secret spaces and hosts within its ancient compound the fascinating part of the city that does not and will never have an accomplished image but which is restored and reconfigured every time the play of the fragments inhabiting it, is achieved in the extraordinary neatness of the image conjured up.
Exhibition design as stage script and pre-existent architectures as surprising containers wherein the intense narration of the city unfolds, represent the foundations for a project which, cleverly tied to an extremely clear classifying principle, combines the themes of reuse, renovation and setting up with a reforming hypothesis of a major portion of the urban context.
